Got back from Manc/Preston about an hour ago, after a great weekend.
Yeah, a really good weekend all round :)
So cold now and my legs/feet ache from yesterday, 360 / BED :D

So it turns out I didn’t have to play in Leeds tonight. Instead, we played 5-a-side WITH 6 PEOPLE (3-a-side = a lot of running) so I’m now knackered. It was fun, though. I retired after a Van Basten-esque wonder goal; long ball, over the shoulder, first time volley to the near post, backofthenet :D
Went straight from football to tonight’s pre-concert talk at...
OK so I am going to hell for laughing at this… oh dear.
But before that, I’mma Tumbl for a few hours then play 5-a-side from 4-5pm. Then dash from the sports hall to the train station, for another Friday night’s work playing in Leeds.

Apologies for the lack of posts lately, I’ve been… um, I’m not really sure what I’ve been doing actually. Bits of reading for Uni, um… yeah, not a lot.
But that’s gonna change now, just had a 2hr talk about Schumann and a walk home with an amazing soundtrack - and I’m inspired to do something productive.

So tonight didn’t go quite as I expected.
Got the train to OK and found this bar that I’m now resident ‘entertainer’!
Basically, the music went great and the diners were all happy/impressed/entertained, but some of the bosses are twats… said I had to work ‘til 11:30pm as it was really busy, which meant I missed the last train.
Got paid quite a bit more but...
